Who is Raz? The dog behind the brand ❤️

Raz is a pretty key part of Raz & Co., okay so he can't make your products (he'll definitely be by my side while I do though), but he can test new ideas, introduce you to loads of beautiful walks and places around East Devon and West Dorset, and generally be the inspiration for a whole heap of products that we create here.

My journey with Raz started 12 and a half years ago (the half is super important now we are in double figures!). I was 17 and oh so wanted a border collie for the show ring, we ended up doing a bit of just about everything but that was always his 'main job'. I know there's more to life than colour and coat markings, but the perfect white ruff, a small blaze, evenly marked legs, they come together to produce a classic silhouette and it's just chef's kiss, so I did have a preference for this. Alas Raz pops out and he ticked all these silly little boxes. I first laid eyes on him when he was just a few hours old, I was in Iceland at the time (on a school trip) and received an email with a picture of a tiny puppy (and I mean tiny because I was viewing the picture on a Blackberry screen 😆), and he was all mine ❤️

I could go on, but there's so much to cover to get you up to speed on our many adventures that led us here, so I think I'll stop and split it into short story times to enjoy with a cup of tea ☕️
