Our premium Biothane dog collars are handcrafted in Devon using high-quality 25mm wide Biothane and solid brass hardware for a long-lasting and beautiful finish. Designed for everyday adventures, these waterproof dog collars are soft, easy to clean, odour-resistant, and built to withstand mud, rain, and everything in between.

With a sleek single-colour design and premium craftsmanship, each collar combines practicality with understated style. Whether you’re exploring the countryside, training, or heading to your favourite café, these handmade dog collars are made to last.

As standard our collars are made on the following widths: 

XS & S - 16mm width | M & L - 19mm width | XL & XXL - 25mm width

but as with most of what we make it can be customised, so let us know if you'd like your collar made to an alternative width!

We are always happy to make a collar larger than XXL and will never charge you extra (big dogs deserve cute things too!), please just pop a note on your order of the size you need the middle hole to be and we will make it custom sized ❤️

We have done our best to accurately reproduce the colours of our biothane within the colour chart, we cannot however control how your device screen displays them and accept no liability for colours arriving different to how they appear on the screen.

All our Biothane™️ products are made from 100% solid brass hardware and 100% genuine Biothane™️.

All products are treated with a sealant on any cut ends to increase their resistance to water and the general wear and tear that comes from being lived in, as well as Loctite being applied to every Chicago screw for extra security.

The beauty of Biothane is it's waterproof, which coupled with solid brass hardware means our products are robust and always beach ready!

Our products are super easy to keep clean with a simple wipe, or a wash with soapy water if they've been on an adventure!

We always advise giving your products a rinse as soon as possible after exposure to salt water.

We only use 100% Brass Hardware*. As someone who owns a dog with metal sensitivities I know how important it is not to have zinc or nickel hiding behind plating in hardware.

*With the single exception of our carabiner clips, which are made from Aluminium.
